We are Garrett and Katie and we set out to consolidate years of self-learning, experiences, reading, and researching into a comprehensive set of basic fundamentals that will position High School and College students for a lifetime of success.  We are passionate about finances and ensuring that we can influence as many young people as possible to avoid the trap of consumer debt and instead share the tools and knowledge necessary to strive towards a lifetime of growth and financial independence.


We have been fortunate enough to buy our first home in Southern California. After thinking a home was out of reach due to outrageous real estate prices, especially in Southern California, it has become our mission to wipe away the mystery surrounding how to make smart money moves in order to achieve similar success. We are normal, goofy people from middle-class families that intend to lay out a clear, simple, achievable path to smart money management.
